The above include all taxes, and “Kyambura Game Lodge” reserves the right to adjust the rates herein agreed without any notice in the event alteration on taxes by the government.

Notes:

1)     High Season rates apply from January 1^st to March 15^th, from June 16^th to October 31^st and from December 16^th to December 31^st.

2)     High Season rates apply also on Easter week- Monday to Easter Monday.

3)     Green Season rates apply from March 16th to June 15th (except Easter week) and from November 1st to December 15^th.

4)     Tour leader rates apply for groups of 4 to 9 persons and free of charge for bigger groups, that is 10 and above.

Specific Terms & Conditions

Prices are quoted in US dollars and payment for rooms is to be made directly with our office in Entebbe. We only accept cash and Bank transfers on account number.

Bookings & Cancellation Policy

Bookings are only accepted in writing to our booking office in Entebbe. A 10% deposit is required to confirm the booking and the balance should be fully paid 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation and/or no show fees, or reduction in numbers are subject to the following charges:
